To help provide the experience our guests expect when booking a female-only dormitory, we allocate these rooms based on the gender recorded on the government-issued passport or official travel document presented at check-in.
As an international hostel, we welcome guests from many countries, each with different legal documentation requirements. To ensure our team can apply our room allocation policy consistently and fairly for all guests, we are only able to use the gender marker shown on the passport or official travel document used for check-in.
If your passport or travel document does not reflect your preferred accommodation, or if you have any questions before booking, we encourage you to contact our team in advance. We will always do our best to discuss the available accommodation options and help find the most suitable solution wherever possible.
