Booking direct is the right way to go for several reasons! Not only do you get to benefit from a 5% cheaper online rate guarantee, you also get a free welcome drink and a choice between two online rates that will give you the flexibility you need or want.
The 2 online rates are: non-refundable and free cancellation.
Non-refundable, by definition, means it has to be prepaid and can not be refunded. Non-refundable bookings are always the cheapest option but they are also as inflexible as it gets.
These reservations can be cancelled at any time but they will never qualify for a refund.
Non-refundable reservations can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour from booking, but all such requests must be approved first.
Non-refundable reservations made on st-christophers.co.uk will be paid online upon booking and this transaction is final.
Free cancellation rate means a reservation can be cancelled free of charge at any point up until 24h before the check-in date. Which means for reservations with arrival on a Friday, cancellation is free until 23:59 on Wednesday.
It also means you get to chose when and how you'd like to pay. A credit card is required to make a booking but whether you'd like to pay in advance or on arrival is entirely up to you! We accept cash payments only for this kind of reservations!
In case of a late cancellation, a cancellation fee applies and it corresponds to the price of the 1st night of the booking.
Bookings with Free cancellation can be modified free of charge at any time up until 24h before the arrival date. However, upgrades or date changes might add to the total as they depend on room rates at the time of the modification.
Over desk/ in-person bookings are by default non-refundable and must be paid entirely by card at the time of booking.
