Towels are included for free in private rooms (single, double, twin) and ensuite dorms (excluding Berlin Mitte, Vienna, Edinburgh and the Flying Pigs).
For all dorms with shared bathroom, towels are not included.
If you would like to rent a towel, you can do so at the hostel reception for a small fee of around 3€/£*.
In London, will be asked for a deposit of £5 for the towel rental, and the £2 is refunded when you return the towel.
Used towels can be changed for clean ones at reception at any time. However, as a part of our sustainability mission towards reducing our carbon footprint, we advise our guests to refrain from treating themselves to a fresh towel every day, and invite them to reuse their towels to help us reduce water usage!
