Free Cancellation is one of the rate options available on our website. It allows you to cancel free of charge up until 24 hours before the arrival date.
This policy applies only when your booking confirmation explicitly shows a Free Cancellation rate. If your confirmation shows a Non-refundable rate, you may cancel or modify the booking free of charge only within the one-hour grace period after booking. After that period, any amount paid will not be refunded unless an exception is explicitly approved in writing by our team.
Just a heads up! You can always find the cancellation policy in your booking confirmation email in case it slips your mind!
For bookings made via an agent (Hostelworld, Booking, Agoda...), please check your agent's confirmation email!
