We will happily send you the confirmation letter for visa purposes. However, this is only possible for fully prepaid reservations!
Once you have agreed to these conditions and the confirmation letter is sent, the reservation is considered as non-refundable.
If we don't receive the payment within 7 days after we reply to the visa confirmation email request, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.
