Our Hidden Gems:
Greenwich boasts a wealth of hidden gems that are worth discovering during your visit:

  1. The Greenwich Foot Tunnel: The Greenwich Foot Tunnel is an underground tunnel that connects Greenwich to the Isle of Dogs on the opposite side of the River Thames. Built in 1902, this hidden gem provides pedestrians with a unique and historic way to cross the river. Take a stroll through the tunnel to experience a sense of adventure and enjoy views of the river along the way.
  2. The Fan Museum Gardens: Adjacent to The Fan Museum, the Fan Museum Gardens offer a tranquil oasis in the heart of Greenwich. These landscaped gardens feature lush greenery, blooming flowers, and plenty of places to sit. Relax, enjoy a picnic, or simply take in the serene ambiance amidst the bustle of the city.

Our Foodie Recommendations:
We can't expect you to eat with us in Belushis every night, so we’ve added in a couple of local restaurants we personally recommend.

  1. The Old Brewery: Housed within the historic Old Royal Naval College, The Old Brewery is a gastropub that combines contemporary flair with a touch of tradition. It offers a menu featuring British cuisine with a modern twist, complemented by a selection of craft beers and fine wines.
  2. Goddard's at Greenwich: For a taste of traditional British fare, head to Goddard's at Greenwich. This family-run pie and mash shop has been serving classic dishes for over a century. Indulge in their signature pie and mash, topped with liquor or gravy, for a hearty and authentic experience.
  3. 🍃Plant Option - The Spread Eagle: London's first 100% vegan pub. While not strictly located in Greenwich but worth the trip over to Homerton for a fully vegan pub experience with a variety of plant-based pub food and drinks.

Our Local Pub/Bar Recommendations:
As long as you start and end the night with us we won’t be too picky about where you end up in the middle.

  1. The Gipsy Moth: Situated by the river, The Gipsy Moth offers stunning views of the Thames and Canary Wharf. This historic pub provides a cosy atmosphere and a wide range of drinks, including real ales, craft beers, and spirits.
  2. The Sail Loft: Located in a picturesque setting on the riverfront, The Sail Loft is a stylish bar with panoramic views. It serves an extensive selection of cocktails, wines, and beers, making it an ideal spot to relax and enjoy the waterfront ambiance.
